To escape:

Ocean Muse and Archer House by Contemporary Hotels

While international travel remains closed, we are reminded of the exquisite homes away from home that are available right here on our doorstep. Contemporary Hotels manage premium properties including many on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Properties unique in position, style and presentation all come with exclusive concierge. One such property, Archer House, is beachfront on Whale Beach, offering guests a front row seat overlooking the waves and famous surfing spot The Wedge.

Ocean Muse located in the idyllic Port Stephens is also an example of magnificent beach architecture, with interconnecting eco-sensitive pavillions split over three levels and open plan living, soaking up light and warmth. All properties managed by Contemporary Hotels have that little something that is unique to their exclusive collection, offering beach front views and excellent interiors; the perfect get away locations for now… especially when we can’t venture too far.

Illustrate the Bondi Beach Sea Wall with Waverly Council

The iconic Bondi Beach Sea Wall has been one of Waverly Council’s formost public art projects since the 1970s. Whilst two of the artworks that adorn this space have been granted permanency, every six months, artists from all backgrounds are invited to apply for a spot along this sunny Sydney sidewalk. Here, amateur artists are given the opportunity to appear with some of the world’s best known graffitists and street artists, while adding their own unique voice to this stunning chorus of colour and creativity. Applications for Winter 2021 close on 21st March 2021, with spots both on the wall and the adjacent concrete blocks up for grabs.
